Velprium (the “Service”) provides a calendar planner tool that lets you reorganize Google Calendar events based on Page / Area / Property structures.
The Service is available through login with a Google account (OAuth). When connecting Google Calendar, you review and consent to the requested permission scopes and the calendars to be synced.
When two-way sync is enabled, create/update/delete actions in the app are reflected in your actual Google Calendar. You select the sync direction and target calendars yourself and are responsible for the resulting changes. Read-only calendars are not modified by the app.
Backing up important event data is your responsibility. Under Settings > Data, the Service lets you export your Velprium Pages, Areas, Calendars, Properties, Events, and settings as JSON. Google Calendar source data remains managed by Google and can also be accessed or exported through your Google Account.
The Service may change features or be temporarily interrupted without prior notice. The Service also depends on external services such as the Google Calendar API, and some features may be limited due to outages, policy changes, or permission revocation of external APIs.
If a violation of these terms, abuse, or a violation of law is confirmed, use of the Service may be restricted or your account may be suspended or deleted. You may withdraw at any time via Settings > Account > Delete Account.
The Service is a tool to assist your schedule management and does not guarantee complete prevention of issues caused by loss, duplication, sync delays of original Google Calendar data, or external API failures.
For important events, you are responsible for checking the original Google Calendar data yourself and maintaining necessary backups. The Service is provided “as-is,” and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for data loss, sync errors, and the like.
If paid features (e.g., Pro plans, AI features) are introduced in the future, these terms may be amended to include the relevant payment, refund, and cancellation conditions, and material changes will be announced in advance.
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to use of the Service follow the relevant laws and commercial practice.
