July 21, 2026

  • FixedFixed Ask (AI) replying in the app’s language regardless of the question. It now answers in the same language you asked in.
  • ImprovedThe top-toolbar view switcher is now a segment control on desktop. All four views (Week, Month, Diary, Review) are visible at once with their icons and shortcut hints (1–4), switching in one click. Narrow/mobile screens keep the dropdown.
  • ImprovedLoosened Ask (AI) limits. Much longer answers (higher token cap) allow more detailed analysis, the cap on how many events it can read is larger, and it now keeps up to the last 100 messages of context. When a conversation is long enough that older messages drop out of context, the chat shows a divider marking the boundary.
  • ImprovedAsk (the AI analyst) now understands your workspace structure. It sees the Page/Area/Property model, which calendars and filters each Area actually contains, and event links (follow-up, related, migrated). So questions like “How much time went to Side Project last week?” or “What followed from this event?” get more accurate answers.
  • ImprovedReordering Areas in the sidebar now works only via the drag handle (⠿). Clicking or dragging the name no longer starts a reorder, so selecting an Area is reliable.
  • ImprovedSelecting an Area in the sidebar is now snappy. It used to re-expand every Area’s events on each selection; that work is now cached, so switching Areas responds instantly.
  • ImprovedYou can now remove a migration link from the flow chain in event details too. Hover a migration item for the ⋯ menu (or right-click) and choose “Remove link,” just like follow-ups and related events.
  • NewRedesigned event linking into a single flow. The detail panel’s two buttons (create follow-up / link existing) are now one “＋ Link event.” Search and click once to link as a follow-up (with a one-click “Make related” in the toast), or create a new event right there if none matches — inheriting the source calendar and color. You can switch follow-up ↔ related or unlink from the relations section.
  • ImprovedRemoved the year from the calendar date range in the top toolbar. The year/month picker next to it already shows the year, so “2026.07.13 – 2026.07.19” (year shown three times) is now just “07.13 – 07.19”.
  • FixedFixed the “Related” list in event details stacking the same event multiple times. Related links are undirected, but A→B and B→A were stored and shown separately — now they’re treated as one.

July 20, 2026

  • ImprovedReplaced the “more” (⋯) menu icon with a crisper three-dot icon. Also fixed it being nearly invisible in the Area list, where a muted color and extra transparency stacked up.
  • NewYou can now install Velprium as an app (PWA). On desktop Chrome/Edge use the install icon in the address bar; on mobile use “Add to Home Screen” to launch it in its own window. When you’re offline, it shows a friendly offline screen.
  • ImprovedRight after connecting a new Google account, the sidebar now shows a “Loading calendars…” spinner under that account while its calendars are being fetched. It’s replaced by the calendar list as soon as they’re ready.
  • FixedGoogle account connections are now independent per workspace. You can connect a Google account as a secondary even if it already signs in on its own or is used by another workspace, and each workspace syncs with its own tokens. This removes the earlier bug where ownership could move and leave a calendar that never showed up in settings.
  • FixedFixed overlapping events letting the one behind bleed through, so text looked doubled. Past events are now dimmed by lowering saturation instead of opacity, so they stay opaque and no longer show through.

  • NewLaunched a blog at velprium.com/blog — essays on time, calendars, and building Velprium. It’s markdown-file based, so every post gets SEO metadata (title, description, OG, structured data) and an RSS feed automatically.

July 18, 2026

  • ImprovedChanged how the selected Area is highlighted. It used to fill the column header with a purple background that looked like an event; now it’s marked with an underline and accent text (like an active tab) — cleaner and less confusing.
  • FixedFixed yellow, lime, and cyan calendar colors showing as a dull gold/olive. These hues are naturally bright, so the color-dot brightness cap was muddying them — the cap is now hue-aware, so “Banana” and friends look bright like in Google Calendar.

July 17, 2026

  • ImprovedTightened the Review screen’s trust and flow. Metrics with no data or too small a sample (0m actual, 0% done rate, an average rating from few ratings) are now hidden or shown as coverage like “3 of 21 rated,” and the page is reordered as metrics → insights → 30-second cleanup → breakdown/rhythm → comparison → this period’s note & rating (last). Finishing cleanup scrolls you to the note. Value-neutral deltas (time, event count) no longer use good/bad red-green — only the rating delta does.
  • ImprovedAI (Ask) conversations are limited to 10 per day on the free plan. When you reach the limit you’ll see a notice, and it resets the next day. This limit will be lifted when the Pro plan opens soon.
  • ImprovedReworked the Docs “Coordinate Model” page into a step-by-step visual story. The finished diagram at the top is gone; instead four diagrams build the model one concept at a time — calendar → richer properties → perspectives (Pages) → parallel timelines (Areas) — each after its explanation, so the model comes together as you read.
  • NewLaunched a Docs section. Centered on The Coordinate Model (a coordinate system for time, data, and perspective), it covers seven pages — Getting Started, Plan · Act · Review, Pages & Areas, Migration, Templates, and FAQ & Data Privacy — with a sidebar and previous/next navigation, in both English and Korean. Read it at velprium.com/docs.
  • ImprovedPublic pages now have their own URL per language. English is the default (velprium.com) and Korean lives under velprium.com/ko, so search engines can index each language separately, and switching language navigates to that language’s URL. Old links (?lang=) redirect to the new addresses automatically.

July 16, 2026

  • ImprovedMoved Ask (the AI analyst) out of the view-switcher dropdown into its own button in the top toolbar. Ask is a feature, not a view, so you can toggle it on top of whatever view you’re in (shortcut 5 toggles it, and turning it off returns to your previous view).
  • ImprovedTemplate gallery card thumbnails now show a mini calendar preview with a real sample day instead of a structure diagram, so you can see what a template looks like at a glance.
  • ImprovedReordered the landing page around a clearer story: problem → outcome (Review) → try it (demo) → the screens you use (tour) → start. The Review screen now appears only once (in its highlight) and was removed from the product tour (now Week, Diary, Ask). A mid-page CTA banner sits after the tour, data protection moved ahead of the FAQ, and Roadmap/Discord moved below the final CTA. The Page/Area/Property explanation moved into the FAQ.
  • NewThe landing page now has a live-demo section you can explore without signing in. With sample data you can see Plan and Act side by side, click events to view their properties, and review the day with a “Today” summary (on-plan rate, done, deep work, rating). It’s read-only, so nothing touches real data.
  • ImprovedThe landing hero mockup now looks like a real day — Plan and Act are filled with ~10 events, and a “Today” summary strip (deep work 3h 40m · meetings 2h · 78% on plan · rating 4/5) makes Review visible in the first view. The product-tour minis are denser too.
  • ImprovedSharpened the landing page message. The hero now leads with the product category (“a digital bullet journal on Google Calendar”), a comparison table makes the difference from a regular calendar clear (“A calendar shows your schedule; Velprium helps you look back on that time”), four representative templates appear in the body, and internal terms like Page/Area/Property were moved further down.
  • FixedPressing Esc right after creating a new event deletes it again — even when the cursor is in the title or description field (previously it could just close the detail panel and leave the event behind).
  • FixedFixed Google sign-in being blocked in in-app browsers like KakaoTalk and Instagram (Google returns 403 there). On KakaoTalk, LINE, and Android it now auto-opens your default browser, and where that isn’t possible it shows an “open in an external browser” guide with a copy-link button.
  • NewTemplate detail pages now show a real-calendar preview — “Here’s how it looks after applying.” Sample events appear just like in the app (Area columns, time axis, colors, property badges), and clicking an event reveals what you’d record, read-only. You can see how your day actually gets organized before reading the structure.
  • NewWhen applying a template, choose “Create new calendars” and matching Google calendars are created and connected with two-way sync. Prefer not to? Pick “Set up later” to build just the structure first. Your existing Google events aren’t changed.
  • ImprovedOfficial templates now have clean public URLs (e.g. velprium.com/templates/work-log) — better for sharing and search — and pasting a link shows a template preview card (OG image). Existing URLs keep working.
  • ImprovedBefore applying a template you can now name the page and choose whether to show the getting-started guide. The name comes pre-filled, so you can apply as-is or rename it on the spot.
  • NewOn your first sign-in, a “What would you like to manage?” screen now appears. Pick a goal — work logs, daily review, life log, or client work — and we show just the templates that fit, so you can apply one and start right away. You can also choose “Build it myself” to start from a blank page.
  • NewApplying a template now takes you straight to the created Page and shows a “Getting started” checklist in the bottom-right. Its three steps — create your first event, fill in a property, review your day — check off automatically as you actually do them, so you finish your first run without staring at a blank screen.
  • ImprovedReworked the template gallery and detail pages to lead with outcomes. Instead of structure counts like “1 Page, 2 Areas,” they now show what you can actually do — cards get a one-line summary, tags, estimated setup time, and a beginner badge; the detail page adds “What you can do,” “How to use it,” and an existing-schedule impact notice. Sorting is now Recommended / Newest / By name.

July 15, 2026

  • NewVelprium is officially out of beta and has launched. Thank you to everyone who helped shape it along the way — we’ll keep improving it.
  • ImprovedRenamed the “Timeline” view to “Week”. Timeline usually implies a Gantt-style view, so we aligned the name with what it actually is — a time-of-day grid with day columns. Your saved view settings carry over automatically.
  • ImprovedThe tutorial now introduces the Ask (AI agent) view, so you can discover the AI chat that answers questions about your schedule and even proposes creating or moving events.
  • ImprovedThe Month view now looks like Notion Calendar. All-day and multi-day events show as continuous colored bars spanning the day cells (with ‹ › arrows when they continue past a week edge), while timed events sit below as dot + time + title. Overlapping all-day bars stack into lanes for clarity.
  • ImprovedEvent colors are now balanced across every hue. Yellow no longer looks beige, green no longer looks black, and blue no longer looks gray — each hue family (red, orange, yellow, lime, green, teal, blue, indigo, purple, pink) is compensated individually, and backgrounds keep a minimum chroma so identity survives. Transitions between hues are smooth, and very muted or neon source colors stay visually balanced.
  • FixedFixed a bug in the Ask (AI) view where an already-applied create/move proposal could be applied again after switching views and coming back. Applied proposals now stay marked as applied.
  • NewAdd secondary time zones, like Notion Calendar. Add up to 3 in Settings › General, and each shows its own hour labels on the left of the week/day time axis — handy for coordinating across regions.
  • ImprovedYou can now choose your time zone in Settings › General. It defaults to your browser (device) time zone; pick another and the whole calendar (week/day/month/diary) — event positions, day boundaries, and the now-line — re-bases to that zone. Creating/moving events, detail-panel times, and the AI’s “today/this week” all follow the selected zone too.

July 14, 2026

  • ImprovedEvent colors are now calmer and easier to read. Dark mode no longer makes yellow look brown or green look black, and long events no longer flood the screen — backgrounds use lower chroma. Titles use neutral text (not colored), the calendar color moves to a 3px left accent bar, and base-event shadows are gone so a busy calendar stays tidy.
  • ImprovedEvent, tag, and calendar colors now look better in both light and dark mode. Your chosen color is converted into a perceptually uniform space (OKLCH) to auto-generate background, accent, and text colors. Neon-bright colors in dark mode and unreadable yellow text in light mode are reduced, and text contrast stays legible whatever color you pick.
  • ImprovedThe Diary view now keeps loading future days as you scroll down. Previously it stopped after ~60 days, hiding recurring events beyond that; now the future extends on scroll just like the past.
  • FixedFixed a bug where an event you created and immediately deleted could reappear during a later Google sync. Deletions of Google Calendar events now always clean up safely through sync.
  • NewThe AI assistant (Ask) now remembers your conversations. Chats auto-save, so they persist across refreshes and devices. Use Chat History on the left to search, pin, rename, or delete past chats, and every answer shows which Page, Area, and period it was based on. You can also ask things like “move Thursday’s events to Friday” or “block focus time this week” — the AI proposes a change preview, you approve just the items you want, it applies for real, and you can undo.
  • NewLike Notion, you can now assign a color to each option of tag (multi-select), select, and status properties. Pick a color from the swatch in property settings, and it shows everywhere (event cards, tag input, etc.). Options without an explicit color get a stable auto-assigned color.

July 13, 2026

  • ImprovedMulti-day all-day events now show, on each day’s chip, the title + continuation arrows (‹ ›) + a day counter (e.g. 3/5). Since Plan/Act/Review columns interleave (a continuous bar is impossible), each chip reads on its own; hovering one highlights the same event’s other chips. The detail panel also shows the end as an inclusive date.
  • NewAdded "Ask Velprium", an AI calendar-analyst View (view shortcut 5). Ask in plain language about your current Page/Area/period/selected event and it analyzes time usage, events to tidy up, missing ratings/status, and more. It only analyzes and suggests — never edits your events — and shows summary/event-list cards plus the data range it used.

July 12, 2026

  • FixedFixed the right-click property editors on an event not matching your "card display properties". The menu now follows your display-property settings (and their order), and lets you edit every property type — numbers, text, dates, etc. — not just status/rating/tags.
  • FixedFixed Inbox items you had cleared with "mark all as processed" reappearing on another device or after re-login. Reviewed/excluded state is now stored on your account (DB) instead of per-device local storage, so it stays consistent everywhere.
  • FixedFixed recurring events getting detached from the series (into a standalone event) just from clicking to view them, which then blocked editing the whole series. The new description editor was saving once on open even with no change; it now saves only when you actually edit.

July 11, 2026

  • NewThe event description now renders live as you type, like Notion. Type “**bold**”, “# heading”, “- list”, “> quote”, code, and the markers (**, # …) disappear with the formatting applied instantly — no more edit/preview toggle. It still saves as Markdown, so calendar cards and existing descriptions are unaffected.
  • ImprovedAdding a property is faster and easier. Type the name and press Enter to create it — the new property appears instantly and the form closes right away (it used to wait for the server save).
  • FixedFixed the title, description, or property value you just typed sometimes snapping back to a previous value while editing an event. A background refresh could fetch the old value in the split second before your save reached the server and overwrite your edit; the event is now protected (local edit wins) until the save completes.
  • ImprovedPast and upcoming events are now visually distinct (like Google Calendar). Events that already ended look slightly faded while ones still to come are a bit more saturated, so it’s easy to see where you are in the day. It updates automatically as time passes.
  • FixedFixed the left time axis sometimes being offset by a row from the events after navigating dates or changing the Days count (the header-height measurement could get stuck on a stale value).

July 10, 2026

  • ImprovedWorking with multiple events is smoother. Select several (Shift-drag or Cmd-click), then drag one of them and every selected event shifts in time by the same amount. Also fixed a bug where Cmd-clicking a second event dropped the first one you had already selected.
  • FixedFixed a case where creating a Follow-up on a different date than you were viewing updated the detail panel but not the calendar, so the new event wasn’t visible. The calendar now jumps to that date too.
  • ImprovedPolished a few UI details. The Area view toggle (Calendar/List) is now a segmented control with a subtly raised active pill, and “related” items in the event detail highlight more clearly on hover.
  • ImprovedThe date field in “Defer to a date” and “Duplicate to a date” now uses the app’s themed custom calendar (the same picker as event time editing) instead of the browser’s native one.
  • ImprovedRight-click a follow-up source, follow-up, or related item in the event detail to “Remove link” (with undo). The Days view selector now includes 4 and 6, so you can pick any of 1–7 days.
  • ImprovedRemoved the “Flow” section in the event detail and scattered its actions by intent. Carry-over is compressed to “Defer: Tomorrow · Pick a date” (renamed from “move” to “defer”), and Create follow-up / Link existing event are now separate actions.
  • ImprovedThe “Start from a template” list shown when creating a new Page now loads templates published to the community gallery (in your language) instead of a fixed built-in set. Picking one applies it the same way as the gallery (an all-or-nothing transaction) and jumps straight to the new Page.
  • ImprovedStart and end times now show while you drag. Creating a new event by dragging shows a “start–end” label in the preview, and moving an event’s time (mouse or touch) or resizing it from the bottom edge shows the times too, so it’s easier to land exactly on the time you want.
  • ImprovedMade the community template gallery easier to find. Settings now has a separate “Page templates” menu (split out from Event templates — revert applied templates + a gallery link), and the “Start from a template” dialog shown when creating a new Page now links to the community gallery too.
  • NewYou can now like templates. Tap the heart on a gallery card or detail page to like/unlike, and sort the gallery by “Most liked.” Tapping while logged out sends you to sign-in, and templates with zero likes show just the heart (no number).
  • FixedFixed events getting grabbed for dragging when you meant to scroll the calendar on mobile. Now you briefly press-and-hold (long-press) an event before moving to start a time change; a plain swipe scrolls vertically. Previously “mobile” was detected by screen width only, so some devices (large phones, tablets, landscape) dragged immediately and blocked scrolling — it now detects touch input itself.
  • NewThe Template Gallery is live. At /templates anyone — no login required — can browse community-made Page templates by category, language, and search, preview the exact structure (Pages, Areas, properties, calendars) before applying, then log in to add it to their workspace in one step. Applying is all-or-nothing (a transaction), and you can undo it with one click under Settings > Event templates > “Applied templates.” You can also publish your own Page to the gallery via “Manage pages > ⋯ > Export as template.”

July 9, 2026

  • ImprovedEvent templates are now saved to your account and sync across devices. They used to live only in the browser (so the list differed per device); now you see the same event templates wherever you sign in. Templates you saved before are moved to your account automatically on first load.
  • NewPage templates are here. On first start, or via “Start from a template” in Page(+), pick a finished structure — Bullet Journal, Plan·Act·Review, Life Log, Workday — and its Page, Areas, and calendars are created at once. Some templates ask which calendars each area should show; skip and they fall back to all calendars. New signups get a “How will you use it?” screen to pick a template or start blank.
  • ImprovedRenamed “Templates” to “Event templates” (settings tab, quick-add list, “Save as event template” in the event detail, etc.). Same feature and behavior — just a clearer name to distinguish it from Page templates coming soon.
  • ImprovedInitial load is faster. Previously the app waited to fetch every event before showing anything; now it renders the shell (sidebar, pages, settings) first with the calendar in a “loading” state, then fetches only the events for the period you’re viewing (current month ±1 month) and shows them right away. Navigating fetches that period’s events and merges them in, so the initial load stays light no matter how many events you have.
  • FixedFixed several UI layering and alignment issues. The profile menu, event hover previews, and the month view’s day preview no longer get hidden behind the right detail panel (they now sit on top), and the quick-add dropdown is wider with no horizontal scroll. Removed the checkmark in the view-switcher menu so the shortcut numbers line up vertically (the current view is shown by color).
  • NewMigration grew into “Flow.” The event detail’s migration section is now a Flow section that shows where this event sits in its chain (origin → migrated → current → next). Chains of 2 show inline; 3+ collapse to a summary with “Show details.” Use “Create follow-up” to spin off the next action, and “Link existing event” to connect an existing event as a follow-up or related — either by search or via “Pick on calendar,” which lets you click the event right on the calendar. Clicking any event in the flow jumps the calendar to that event’s date. Calendar cards show ← migrated · ↳N follow-ups · ⛓ related badges.
  • ImprovedButtons with keyboard shortcuts now show them. Hovering the top toolbar’s ‹ › Today « » reveals the shortcut in the tooltip (← → · T · PageUp/PageDown), and the Today button shows a T badge. The view-switcher dropdown shows 1·2·3·4 next to Timeline/Month/Diary/Review.
  • NewMigration is here. Push an unfinished event to another day from its detail panel — “Move to tomorrow / next week / a date.” The original stays as Migrated and a new event is created, with the two linked together. It shows as small →/↳ badges on the calendar, a “Migrated to/from …” flow in Diary, and a “Migrated items” section (count this period · items pushed 2+ times) in Review.
  • ImprovedGoogle Calendar sync is much faster. It used to re-download every calendar’s events in full each time (~30s); now it fetches only what changed since the last sync and syncs calendars in parallel, so when nothing changed it finishes in a few seconds. (The very first sync after connecting Google still does a full pull, so it can take a bit longer.)

July 8, 2026

  • NewSwitch views, Pages, and Areas from the keyboard. Press 1 Timeline · 2 Month · 3 Diary · 4 Review to change view, [ ] for previous/next Page, and , . for previous/next Area. See the full list under the ? help.
  • ImprovedTimeline (calendar) event blocks now show properties and description inside the block. When the event is short on space, the title stays pinned and the content scrolls vertically within the block (previously short events hid their content entirely).
  • NewDrag an event onto a different Area and it moves to that Area’s calendar automatically — timeline events and List cards can be dragged in any direction (timeline↔timeline, timeline↔List, List↔List). You can also drag a card in List view to set its time — drop it between other events to land between their times, or in the empty space below to snap to the matching timeline position.
  • ImprovedCreating a new event in a List-view Area now defaults to an all-day event (a better fit for a list with no time grid). Turn off all-day in the event detail if you need a timed event.
  • ImprovedRight-clicking an Area in the sidebar now opens its “⋯” menu (Focus, Rename, Duplicate, Share, Delete) directly, instead of the browser’s default menu.
  • ImprovedIn Settings › Templates you can now edit each template’s description and property values too (previously only name/duration). Write a description and add/edit/remove properties per template. The bundled built-in templates (Client Meeting, Deep Work, Review, Workout) were also removed — the quick-add list now shows only templates you created.
  • ImprovedThe timeline always fits the screen height exactly with no scrollbar. It now measures the real header/all-day-row heights, so it fits precisely even with all-day events. The confusing timeline zoom (±) control was removed.
  • FixedThe Diary view’s Area tab and the sidebar Area selection now stay in sync — picking an Area in one moves the other to match (the Diary’s “All” tab is left as-is).
  • FixedIn Review › Compare, the Area/Calendar pickers now list every Area and calendar even if they have no events this period (previously only ones with events showed, so empty Areas like Plan disappeared).
  • FixedEnabling three or more “card properties” now shows all of them on the event card (previously it capped at two, so a third property was hidden). If the card isn’t tall enough, the extras are simply clipped.
  • FixedFixed a bug where adding an option in Settings › Properties added it twice when you typed Korean and pressed Enter (the Enter was committing the IME composition and adding a duplicate).

July 7, 2026

  • ImprovedA newly created property now appears at the top of the “card properties” list (right under Title) so you can see it was added (previously it was appended at the bottom and easy to miss). You can also rename properties and edit/add/remove their options (select/status/tags) right in Settings › Properties.
  • ImprovedThe timeline now fills the screen height by default (like Notion Calendar) — the day’s visible range auto-stretches to the viewport so there’s no empty space below, and zooming grows it from there. The “Calendar density” option in Settings › Display was removed accordingly.
  • NewYou can now zoom the timeline. Use Ctrl/⌘+wheel (including Mac trackpad pinch), ⌘+/−, or the toolbar −/+ to change the hour height in steps from 32 to 128px. Zoom keeps the time under your cursor (or the screen center) fixed so the view doesn’t jump, and zooming in reveals 30- and 15-minute gridlines and richer event cards. The level is saved per device (laptop vs. monitor). Clicking a search result for an off-screen event now scrolls it into view.
  • NewAdded a “Properties” tab in Settings. See all your custom properties in one place and delete ones you no longer use or that are duplicates.
  • ImprovedEvent property changes (status/rating/tags) can be undone with ⌘Z, and a bulk change across multiple events is reverted in a single ⌘Z.
  • ImprovedSelecting and cleaning up many events is now faster. Shift+drag a box on empty timeline space to select all events inside it (even across days and Areas), and Shift+click to add to the selection. Tag quick-set was also added to the right-click menu and the multi-select bar (the bar adds a tag to all selected events).
  • ImprovedThe timeline now lands on “where you need to look” the moment it opens. If today is visible, the now-line sits at ~30% from the top (leaving more room for what’s ahead); when viewing past/future, it anchors 30 minutes before that range’s first event (large blocks like sleep are excluded; falls back to 8 AM). Your scroll position is kept across date navigation, 1/3/7-day switches, and Page changes — it only re-centers on “now” via the Today button, the T key, or jumping to a date that includes today.
  • ImprovedYou can now set status and rating straight from an event’s right-click menu (applied to just that occurrence for recurring events). The three delete options are collapsed into a single “Delete ▸” to reduce accidental series-wide deletion. The multi-select bar now exposes status and rating as direct buttons (other properties under “More”), so bulk editing is one step shorter. The command menu also opens with “/” (alongside F), and ⌘K was added to the shortcuts list.
  • FixedFixed the Review “Cleanup → Start 30-second cleanup” button opening an empty Inbox. The Inbox filters by status/tags, so events missing only a rating never showed; now a dedicated cleanup flow steps through unrated/incomplete events card by card so you can set rating/status right there. Also added Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Review.
  • NewAdded deeper Review features. (1) “Discoveries” now compares tracked time across recent periods to surface record highs and rising/falling streaks. (2) “Compare groups” lets you put two groups (Area/Tag/Calendar…) side by side, with a Plan vs Act preset. (3) Clicking a Weekly Rhythm cell expands the events in that slot. (4) Tag breakdown gains an option to split an event’s time across its tags.
  • NewRedesigned the Review screen into a general-purpose structure that doesn’t assume a specific workflow. A single “Breakdown” lets you group by Area/Calendar/Tag/Status/Rating instead of fixed sections, plus a day×time-of-day “Weekly Rhythm” heatmap, a “Cleanup” queue for unrated/incomplete events, and a note + rating for the period. Also added per-calendar “exclude from Review stats” (for sleep/routines) and a clear tracked-time denominator.

It reads the same events as a day-by-day log instead of a timetable — newest day on top, sorted by time within a day, with Areas as tabs/filters rather than columns. Events that have ended but still lack a status or rating show a “Needs review” badge, and tapping an item opens the existing event detail. You can toggle Compact/Expanded density.
  • ImprovedIn the event detail panel, user Properties are now clearly separated from system info (Activity, Google Calendar, Danger Zone) with a divider. Activity/Google no longer look like properties, and the three areas share one consistent collapsible “system section” style (delete button placement/policy unchanged).

It compares the weekly/monthly summary against the prior period — showing +/- changes (colored) for total time, events, done rate, average rating, and per-Area time — and surfaces rule-based insights (most-used Area, biggest increases/decreases, blocked/incomplete/low-rated events, all-day share, and more) as plain sentences.
  • NewAdded a “Review” view (shown alongside Timeline/Month in the top view switch). It summarizes weekly/monthly time usage for the current Page — Total Time, Events, Done Rate, and Avg Rating cards, per-Area and per-Calendar time bars, Status breakdown, Duration (scheduled vs actual), and Rating summary. Recurring events count by their actual occurrences in the range, and all-day events are excluded from time totals and noted separately. It’s a Review to help you understand your time and decide what’s next — not a chart dashboard.
  • NewAdded an “Activity (change history)” section to the event detail. It shows when, what, and by whom an event changed (created, time/title/Calendar/property changes, synced from Google Calendar, and more) in plain language. It’s collapsed by default and expands to show recent history. Sensitive data like description text, tokens, or raw Google payloads are never stored — only short summaries.
  • ImprovedRemoved the “calendars · events · properties” summary line under the Area name in the calendar header for a cleaner look.
  • FixedAdding a repeat from a single occurrence or an exception of a recurring event now creates a brand-new recurring event separate from the existing series, instead of forcing a recurrence rule onto that occurrence. Only the series master can hold a recurrence rule, and we now warn you that a separate new series will be created.
  • ImprovedAdded a “Clear all” button to the Inbox so you can mark the entire unsorted list as reviewed at once instead of checking items one by one.

The filter section is collapsed by default showing just “None / N rules” (click to expand), the Inbox is toned down with a “New or unsorted events” tooltip, and the Area layout (Calendar/List) toggle now has a label clarifying it applies only to the selected Area. Internal type names like status/multi_select are hidden from the property list (shown on hover), with a subtle Core badge on Title/Description. The display-property card preview was removed.
  • ImprovedMade Areas more intuitive. The left property settings include a live event-card preview that reflects displayed properties, and hovering a calendar in the left list subtly highlights the selected Area column where that calendar is shown.
  • ImprovedLightened the event detail panel. The title is a large heading; date/time show as a summary that expands to edit on click; repeat, location, and meeting link appear as “+ Add” when empty. Properties show as label-value rows that edit in place per row, and tags show only the selected values. The danger (delete) zone is collapsed by default.
  • ImprovedProperties hidden (eye toggled off) in the left property list are now also hidden in the event detail panel, so cards and the detail panel follow the same display settings.

From an Area’s ⋯ menu → “Share (read-only)”, pick a date range, which properties to include, and an expiry to generate a link to a read-only page of that point-in-time schedule. It contains no Google originals or internal IDs, isn’t indexed by search, and you can revoke the link anytime.
  • NewAdded an Inbox for unsorted events. From the Inbox in the left sidebar, gather events that still have no status or tags, then select several and set status, add tags, or mark them reviewed in bulk. Organized events drop off the list automatically, and Google’s original data is left untouched.
  • NewAdded Focus Mode. Choose “Focus on this Area” from an Area’s ⋯ menu or the command palette to show just that Area, larger, with the sidebar collapsed. Exit with Esc or the top “Exit focus mode” button — your Page/Area settings stay unchanged.
  • NewAdded Saved Views. From the toolbar “View ▾”, save the current view state (Page, Area, day/week/month, day count, sidebar) under a name and switch to it in one click. You can rename or delete views, and deleting a Page cleans up its saved views too.
  • NewAdded a command palette. Open it with ⌘K (or the top search) to run commands — new event/Page/Area, go to today, switch view (day/week/month/list), sync Google, open settings, switch Page — entirely by keyboard, and search events from the same input.

New Pages are created via a name/template dialog; each Page in Manage Pages now shows its Area count and default status, with duplicate/delete/set-default/rename unified into the same ⋯ menu Areas use. Page and Area delete dialogs now clearly state that only settings are removed — Events and Calendars are kept.

In Pages, “New Page from Template…” lets you pick Workday, Client Work, Daily System, or Project Launch to set up the Page, Areas, and default properties at once (optionally with sample events); the template button in the Areas header also adds individual Areas like Meetings, Focus Work, or Follow-up.

  • NewYou can now duplicate an event to a specific date. In the event detail ⋯ menu, choose “Duplicate to date…” and pick a day — it copies to that date keeping the time and properties.
  • ImprovedCleaned up the mobile layout. On narrow screens the left sidebar and right detail panel now open as overlays (drawers) instead of squeezing the content, and tap outside to close. The top toolbar also wraps to fit the screen width.
