You can delete the data stored in the app and disconnect Google yourself. The actions below have different meanings, and the original data in Google Calendar is never deleted by these actions under any circumstances.
What Each Action Means
- Log out — Ends only the current browser session. Stored data and connections are kept as-is.
- Disconnect Google Calendar — Deletes the stored Google OAuth tokens and stops syncing. You can choose to hide or delete the imported events.
- Delete account — Deletes the in-app user account, Pages, Areas, Calendars·Events, properties, settings, sync data, and the stored Google tokens.
- Original Google calendar data — Managed by you directly in Google Calendar. Deleting your app account does not mean deleting the original Google calendar.
1. Disconnect Google Calendar
- In Settings > Google Calendar tab, select “Disconnect.”
- You can hide or delete the imported events in the app, and the stored OAuth tokens are deleted.
- On the Google account side, you can also revoke the app’s permissions in third-party access.
2. Delete Account (In-App)
- Go to the top-right profile > Settings > Account tab.
- When you select “Delete Account” and confirm, the user, token, event, and settings data stored on the server are deleted immediately and you are logged out. This action cannot be undone. If needed, you can export your Velprium data as JSON from Settings > Data before deleting.
3. Reset App Data Only
- In Settings > Data tab, you can delete in-app data (Page / Area / Calendar·Event / property settings).
- Your account is kept, and you can configure your settings again.
4. Request Deletion by Email
If direct deletion is difficult, please request it via the email below. After verifying your identity, we delete the user, token, and event data stored on the server, typically within 7 business days. (The original Google Calendar is not deleted.)
