Frequently Asked Questions

Is Velprium a calendar replacement?

No. Velprium is not a separate calendar that replaces Google Calendar — it is an extension layer that adds structure and perspective to your existing events.

Does Velprium copy all my Google Calendar data?

It reads the calendars and events you connect, and stores event metadata (synced) so it can add structure. Disconnecting stops the sync. See Data & Privacy below for exactly what is stored.

Can I use Velprium without Plan · Act · Review?

Yes. Plan · Act · Review is a representative Template and rhythm — not a required structure.

What is the difference between a Page and a filter?

A filter narrows which Events are shown; a Page defines a perspective and Area structure for your time. Pages & Areas →

Why do all-day events appear in multiple Areas?

Because each Area is an independent timeline. Each relevant Area shows the date-level context of that all-day event.

What happens when I postpone an event?

The original event stays, a follow-up is created on the new date, and the relationship between them is recorded. Migration →

Is Velprium a task manager?

No. It is a time-based record system, not a task-only product. An Event can be a meeting, sleep, exercise, a journal entry, a project milestone, or a focus session.

Can the same event appear on multiple Pages?

Yes. The same Calendar/Event can appear in Areas across multiple Pages. This is not data duplication — it is the same Event seen from different perspectives.

Velprium requests the following access:

• Basic profile
• Email address
• Calendar events (read and write)
• Calendar list
• App-created calendar

What Velprium stores

• Account information
• Google connection info
• Calendar and Event metadata
• Velprium-specific Properties
• Page and Area settings
• AI conversation and analysis history

Tokens and credentials

AI data handling

The AI feature (Ask) reads only your own data, and only what is needed to answer your question. It accesses data through a fixed set of typed queries and does not change Calendar Events without your confirmation. AI answers can be wrong.

Data deletion

When you delete your account or disconnect Google, your OAuth tokens, synced data, Velprium Properties, Pages/Areas, and AI conversation history are handled accordingly. For the full process see Data deletion.

Data used for model training

When you use AI features, the data needed to generate a response is sent to an external AI provider. You can choose not to use AI features.
