Getting Started

Create your first Page and Event on top of Google Calendar, and learn how Velprium is structured.

What is Velprium?

Velprium is a time-based database that adds structure and perspective to your Google Calendar events. It is not a new calendar — it adds a layer of structure on top of the one you already use.

Velprium turns calendar events into structured records that can be organized across multiple perspectives.

Connect Google Calendar

To begin, connect your Google account. Velprium reads your calendar list and events to display them, and writes back events you create.

  • Sign in with Google
  • Choose which calendars to connect
  • You can disconnect at any time

Understand the basic structure

Velprium’s building blocks relate like this:

  • Page — a single perspective on your time
  • Area — a parallel timeline inside a Page
  • Calendar — the source of event data
  • Event — a record that lives on the timeline
  • Event Property — structured data attached to an Event

Create your first Page

The easiest starting point is a Daily Journal that splits your day into plan, actual, and reflection.

Add an event and properties

Create a basic event, then attach properties that capture what that time meant.

  • Category
  • Energy
  • Mood
  • Project
  • Rating

Example

Attach Category=Work, Energy=High, Project=Velprium to a “09:00 Product planning” event, and a simple entry becomes a record you can analyze.
